Glenn Wool

Glenn began his comedy career in his hometown of Vancouver in 1995. He moved to London in 1998 and quickly became one of the rising stars of the international comedy circuit having performed in Australia, New Zealand, The USA, South Africa, Switzerland, France, Croatia and Saudi Arabia. Glenn was nominated for Best International Stand Up at The New Zealand Comedy Awards and Best Headliner at the Chortle Awards, and is a popular addition to many UK festivals, including Reading & Leeds, Latitude, Bestival, Download and of course Glastonbury. Glenn is also a regular on TV having made appearances on Russell Howard’s Good News and Never Mind The Buzzcocks among many other shows.

Naomi Cooper

Comedian, actor and regular Huffington Post blogger Naomi Cooper has spent the last ten years performing throughout the UK and Europe. She was the first female finalist of C Venue’s Improvaganza at the Edinburgh Festival in 2009 and is a founding company member of improvisational troupe ImproBabble who had a residency with the Leicester Square Theatre from 2010 through to the end of 2012. Naomi is a regular on the London stand-up circuit and presented her debut solo show That’s Probably Enough at the Leicester Square Theatre in July 2014. Her second solo show KERFUFFLE appeared at the Leicester Square Theatre in February 2016 and at the Leicester Comedy Festival in February 2017.

Jarred Christmas is a comedian and actor whose ten years on the circuit have catapulted him onto the small-screen in shows such as Mock The Week, Nevermind the Buzzcocks and 8 out of 10 Cats. As a stand-up he has appeared on The Comedy Store, Edinburgh & Beyond, Comedy Blue and The World Stands-Up, as well as Dave’s One Night Stand and Russell Howard’s Good News. One of the most innovative and exciting stand-up talents in the land, Jarred is in tremendous demand on the UK and international comedy circuit, and has just been named ‘Best Compere’ at the 2016 Chortle Awards. Jarred is also an accomplished actor, working with Warwick Davies both on stage and in the web series, Dwarves Assemble. Back on TV, Jarred has guest-starred in Hollyoaks Later, Jonathan Creek, and Up The Women.

Mark Olver

He’s back! Once regular MC Mark Olver has been so sought after as a TV warm-up that we haven’t been able to have him at Travestees for a while. Mark’s warm-up credits include 8 Out of 10 Cats, Jonathan Ross, Have I Got News For You and Deal or No Deal. He also regularly comperes and headlines for comedy clubs and promoters all over the UK and has supported such acts as Russell Howard and Lee Mack on national tours.
